Neumarker Joins FNIH’s Landmark MAP-D Initiative to Advance Precision Medicine for Depression

Neumarker is proud to participate in the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health’s (FNIH) Multi-Modal Assessment and Phenotyping in Depression (MAP-D) initiative, a landmark public- private collaboration focused on transforming how depression is defined, diagnosed, and treated. The multi-year effort will generate one of the most comprehensive datasets ever assembled to identify biological subtypes of depression and enable more personalized, precision-driven care.

As a consortium partner, Neumarker will contribute its expertise in AI-powered EEG biomarker development alongside leading academic institutions, life sciences companies, patient advocacy organizations, and government partners. MAP-D represents an important step toward improving patient outcomes by advancing objective biomarkers that can help guide diagnosis, treatment selection, and future therapeutic development.
